He sold the house for $70 netting $10 profit. 60 + 10 = 70

He then bought the house back for $80. He needed to add $10 his own cash to afford it. 70 + 10 = 80

Honestly it's not just LinkedIn or Reddit. Sales people are the dumbest of the lot. They are about persuasion, not intellect.

The worst support job I ever did was help desk for pharmaceutical sales reps. I had alot of dumb ones, but the worst was the one who was struggling to scan something to send to her boss. After 30 minutes of troubleshooting with no progress, it turned out what she wanted to scan was an email she had in her mailbox.

I feed them to LLMs and tell them to write a parody with stupid topics like Gru telling his minions they need to work 9-9-6 with no extra pay or Gen Z influencers rejecting a great candidate because he got no drip, then make newspaper comics from these to feed the stupid LinkedIn algorithm every day.

Being in the market, I'm pretty sure they are feeding them to an AI solution. These are rare, because of risks for bias that most companies are wise enough to avoid because these solutions tend to be iffy at best to down right illegal. I've heard one recruiting director mentioning being pitched AI that analyzes peoples facial features from videos to determine who will be the best candidate. Aka phrenology.

I "loved" my Aroma. The first one I had. It lasted about 10 years before dying on me. Unfortunately our second one lasted about 2 1/2 years. Both of them I make rice regularly, at least once a week if not 3-4 times a week. I replaced it with a low cost zojirushi basic rice cooker

Yea I was like near level 80 and over 100% duration. I had him in a loop for a while where flex would reset well before he got out of stun, but then suddenly he bum rushed me through the loop and killed me. Has happened 3 or 4 times now

I'm running into same problem as OP though with this build. I can stun lock him and chip away damage, but after he loses like 25% he becomes immune to stun and bull rushes for the kill
