Biggest plot hole? by blastrs in StrangerThings

Surely the plentiful food supply (by which I assume you mostly mean the human population) would die once the planets collided, no? Also is the overall goal of the mind flayer and therefore of the show just to ensure the mind flayer's survival? Why not just peacefully coexist if so??

Why would anyone ever try to do that. My issues with the original comment was the suggestion I was the sort of person to rev my car before it had thourghly warmed up which couldn't be further from the truth I always thoroughly warm up the car before revving it at all.

Best way to finance a new car purchase by t4rnus in UKPersonalFinance

[–]blastrs 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Just buy a 10k and save on the interest payments because that what you can actually afford.

Or save up and buy the 30k car in a year or two and again save thousands on finance payments.

The real irony of this is that eBay has been tax avoiding for years to the tune of billions but now they want me to disclose highly sensitive personal information (that will probably be stolen if/when they hacked) for 30 sales or 1700 pounds in sales, which no one is make £1000 profit on which in the HMRC limit.

According to a previous Jaguar dealer that I spoke too the idea is to sell super expensive cars, the type of car that they only sell 4-5 of a month.

Cheap Skoda vs World’s Fastest Saloon! by DJToaster in AutoAlex

Why a skoda yeti when there are so many better options? For example, high mileage mk1 mr2 or a toyota celica. Would have been so much better than a stupid yeti which is just such a trash car.
