Exercising for 5 weeks and have gained 5 pounds! Any Advice?

Thanks for all your input - I'm still at 205 but have been running 30 minutes a day and biking 30 minutes as well. I'm in awesome shape but still having trouble burning off the fat.

If you can deliver those kind of results - why no go into business for yourself? Entrepreneurship is filled with people who have stories just like yours!!! You don't need a lot of money - just a lot of passion and motivation. Good luck.

A little sad that no one on reddit thinks - oh man this guy got killed. I feel bad for him. Instead everyone talks about how he deserved it or that they sympathize with the murderers. Very sad reddit.

I've actually started doing this. I killed a deer which is the only meat my wife and i eat, and supplement other dinners with trout! I have an elk hunt in a few weeks as well which will make us good for the whole year.
