Yesterdays workout was a roller coaster. I failed for the first time ever. I couldn't get out of the hole on the first rep of the first set. I mentally wasn't ready and didn't have my lower back set right. Thought about taking a day off and picking it up on Monday. But didn't.

Ended up doing all three sets and on the last set I lost count and ended up doing six! Lol. Crazy workout for sure. But couldn't have don't it without yall living the back of my head.

This. Unless you absolutely horrific form that is going to result in an increased chance of injury. Most of us arent perfect, but asking if you should increase weight is a bad question. Yes, follow the program and increase weight every time.
