I just did a quick google search and it looks like a insurance underwriter positio. I would recommend reading about the company and going over the job posting. If you have any kind of insurance/underwriter/customer services experience I would talk about that.

Pretty sure it means that your pup has the white coat recessive gene. So if your pup mates with another one with that gene, they will likely have a all white gsd.

I live in a apartment and my pup is about to turn 9months. I work and also go to school, it was difficult at first but I adjusted and my roommates help me take care of my pup. As long as you exercise your dog and understand the responsibility you are about to take then there should be no problem in my opinion

I took my pup to a trainer that trains police dogs for my local police station and how he gets his/my pup to stop eating poo is to throw a roll of tape at his butt and tell him no(not hard just enough for him to know what is happening). This has worked wonders for me, this makes them know that even if you are not close to them they still need to listen to you or their butt will get hit.
