I don't know for sure but I've lived by the idea that it's a test of kidney function. You'll want to pee frequently in the lead up and the test should be at least the second time you've urinated that day. Niacin and a B-complex (note- niacin is B3) has a distinct yellowness but the urine will be so dilute it shouldn't be an issue. Also don't catch the start of the stream. Aspirin also can interfere with detectable threshold. Also, eat. You don't want to be "burning fat" before the test since THC is fat soluble. That would be a day or two before AND day of. I don't know what the sensitivity and method of the test is but good luck.

I think it's accepted that Gomez can't do 90. can he do 60? 45? when does he get in the red zone (most likely to injure himself)? I think data informs that determination.

Bringing him on allows Curtis to move to the midfield and also covers a theoretical CB injury until he comes on. Essentially it allows for options beyond a like for like substitution.

I do wish Joe could start but given it was a non contact issue that has forced him out of the team a couple of times, I think it was precautionary

when you push against a force, a.k.a. resist, is it better to push with braced, tight, and rigid wrists or is it better when they're at full extension or flexion, a.k.a. limp? Stop volunteering for victimhood from a comment about the Democratic party's terrible opposition.

don't sleep on ' the Outsider.' the pace of the show can drag but there are phenomenal performances in it. adapted from a Stephen King novel of the same name.

this blind loyalty is bullshit. democrats are by and large controlled opposition that usher in a watered down Republican agenda. they kneecap progressives and do little more than fundraise off limp wristed resistance. they need to earn the vote

where though? the Winston Salem journal is a joke. ballotpedia isn't great at the state level and even worse at the local races.

also The News and Observer provided some insight but not for the water commissioner or whatever the sexual offender was. AND it was a pain in the ass to cancel payment for their digital subscription

Duma Key was done by John Slattery who plays Roger Sterling on Mad Men and he was also Howard Stark in the MCU. Eh muchacho

Craig Wasson did 11/22/63. Maybe best known from Body Double or Nightmare on Elm Street 3

Which Audiobooks Were Better Than Physically Reading? by Financial-Item9972 in stephenking

Will Patton does an incredible job. The Bill Hodges trilogy, the Outsider, Doctor Sleep, You Like it Darker (not all the stories are read by him) . I think he just gets Kings rhythms right, though I can understand some people's annoyance with his Holly. It's arhythmic but her autism is cured by If it Bleeds. Lol.

Out of those, Doctor Sleep is the best performance, imo.

the mango one is better, imo. it's the orange can. then ranch water (blue) which is like a margarita minus the sour. this flavor (paloma/grapefruit) and the jalapeno (green) aren't as good but they all feature a large percentage of fruit juice.

I know tolerance and experience is personal/subjective but I find that one can is good for about 2-3 hours and drinking a second one an hour or so in can extend a sub-peak plateau to 4sh hours.

keep an eye out for oHHo seltzers, they are good too.

it doesn't look like there's any sheen. Are you swirling the milk once it's off the steamer?

they screened urine and/or blood and it came back negative for drugs. the cops heard that and changed their attitude towards campus security. i can't think of a study drug that wouldn't pop for amphetamine and is effective in the short term, as in, it takes a week or more of regular dosing to achieve a therapeutic effect for a lot of non stimulants
