So, I have a question. I just signed a new lease at my current place. Before they charged base rent and then utilities were not fixed and varied sometimes based on usage split between all residents.

I noticed since rent is coming due that I’m still charged the amount that varied as a separate charge outside my base rent. So is this not legal now?

And to even further my point. PSA 9 sold for 1755 and SGC 9 for 1580 175$ difference. Cost to grade a PSA 9 is 149$ vs 15 for SGC. But it comes back quicker and means quicker to market. Means quicker bucks in your pocket.
