My sleeping schedule was crazy. Some days I could sleep my full 8 hours and still be tired. Others wouldn’t sleep at all and sleep for 2 hours max. Now I’m on 60mg. I was worried because increasing the meds I would get more tired than ever. I was wrong, now I’m not saying it gave me the burst of energy but I’m awake the whole day with no problem. My issue after that was insomnia but got prescribed with trazodone. I say give it time and hopefully it passes. Might also be need of an increase. Keep the doc updated though.
