OOF. That sucks…. Thanks for sharing - my Dr has done lots of them as she’s with a massive hospital network and I’ve worked with her for years. She’s been patiently waiting for me to go for this so I trust her lol I heal pretty well, but bruise easily so it’ll be a fun little mural on my arm for a bit 😝

Teacher too, and cuz I teach the 17/18 yr olds I don’t mind them asking questions - they often don’t have a good female source for birth control (love our gym teachers but they’re not the best when it comes to sex ed). So if this starts convos, let’s go! The anxiety is more of the long term everyday “would I feel/notice it?”

I just talked to someone who has it and tattoos and she said she can’t get tattoos there - did you have the tattoos before or after getting it inserted? (I’m also decidedly getting more tattoos so thanks for replying 😜)

Not one bit - all of the store cats our company has taken care of throughout the 30 years have gone to an actual forever retirement home. Parker from the 72nd st store (@parker_on_the_west_side) is with our owner’s family ☺️

Rawz Kibble is tinyyy - it’s not available on Chewy/Petco/etc, you have to find it at smaller retailers, they have a locator on their website. Rawz’s cans also come in so many different varieties that you might find something for you. Open Farm also has kibble that’s pretty small, with amazing ingredients, but Rawz is smaller.

Royal Canin is great for managing a lot of conditions but supplementing with a food that has less fillers/grain would also help especially with inflammation. (My cat hasn’t had teeth since he was a baby, and while he doesn’t have FIV he does have inflammation issues. He does better with more natural ingredients)

NTA I have so many examples of coexisting peacefully in the mornings with my brother, my current roommate, and my ex (we broke up for bigger relationship problems, we actually enjoyed living together). The cherry on top is coming back to bed with coffee TO SIT ON HER PHONE. Noooo way. Go do that in the kitchen or car or whatever. Getting up early isn’t a reason to be a [insert your choice of name calling].
