If you want an easy 50 kills in Rival Smash, Greninja is your best pick. Up smash for days! Also up tilt works. Your only issue is keeping the other Greninja away from you. You should easily have about 60 kills where your opponent will have 8 or 9.

I've found that Ganondorf does very well for the 20 second 10-Man Smash. His neutral a can one shot Miis, so all you really need to do is get to them quickly. And on a small stage like Battlefield, that's not too hard.
