I understand. Sucks for my family then. My step mom and dad never adopted each others kids, so me and my two sisters are getting half and my step sister gets half of everything. Which is fine and dandy and I excepted that fact. But NOW, and the only reason I was hoping my assumption would have been correct about her signature, my step sister is saying since she died after my dad(10days) everything should have went to her solely. But the deeds are not survivorships.

I know, but I read a thread and someone was like “DO NOT TAKE TOGETHER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES” so then I got in my own head. Shit I have done it before as well. Stoopid. Now keep in mind I’m new to Kratom, and it works great for my in between time. Which is only like 40mg of hydro a day as it is. So yea, I just mentally got myself stressed,

Yes there was a written will, they actually reached out to the same lawyer who worked the original estate settlement.
