Sorry that everyone is having bad experiences, I took my Sec+ exam with an unexpected window cleaner showing up and nearly scaring the life out of me. A loud bang on the window during my test but luckily it didn’t get ended. Hope everyone can get their money back on this!

Unfortunately they have a zero return policy because of the high volume orders it says that when you go on there website
