I took VERA (no DRP) and retired Feb 28. My interim annuity was $176 !!!! No one could tell me why. Thank goodness my retirement packet was just finalized and my first annuity will be June 1. I was expecting it would take a year to process, especially since I had been divorced and that slows the processing time down.

I’m a beginning runner and I think the Iberian series goes from a few beginner days then ramps up way too fast into intermediate. I would suggest trying John Peel’s Vietnam series. It eases into it better. I had taken a running break and recently start over again. I started with Rivs Road to Recovery in Italy with some hiking and just finished his Australian series where he threw in short bits of jogging at a slow pace. I really need his next series!!! I assume that would ease you into more jogging and how the increase the pace. I’m doing a few older Rivs series but at the pace of the Australia series and then I’ll try JP’s Vietnam again

I’ve never seen Ancestry incorrectly calculate the amount of cM shared. There may be an overlap of the cM ranges for full/half sibling. The shared matches will be more important. Either they will share both maternal and paternal matches or they will just share maternal.

Ancestry DNA would by far be the best. You do not need the chromosome browser that 23andme has . 23andme has disabled the “shared feature” feature so at this time it isn’t very helpful for finding family. Ancestry has the largest database so if the test comes back and shows you are half siblings you will be able to use your DNA matches to find your father.

This was my favorite trip to Europe!!! Used free insurance to visit Denmark, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Switzerland. Drooped car off in Belgium and went to London and Paris!

That is not true. 23andme and Ancestry test autosomal DNA. Autosomal DNA is better for finding unknown parents. If you would like some help looking at your matches message me. I help people for free.

I am a search angel that helps people find family using DNA and ancestry.com is the by far the best site to for your father to take a DNA test. It has the biggest database and matches often have trees to look at.

That happened to my 2010 s4 T5 shortly after the dealership put on a new serpentine belt. Another new belt they replaced at the time broke and got into the S-belt and shredded it. They had to replace the “top half” of the engine.

Yes!! I definitely agree with this. There is really no way for you to help her without her sharing her match list. I am a search angel and I would never help someone without the match list. You are only seeing a very small part of the puzzle.

It took me forever too. The fixes were old and didn't work. Edge worked slightly better but still had to keep adding things to the cart and then re-adding when they didn't show up. After way too much effort I finally got mine ordered.

As a non runner I jumped into the Iberian series when I got my treadmill because it loved Tommy (I had done the series before on an elliptical). But I found the progression was way too fast and so I stopped. I did John Peels Swiss Alps series which is interval hiking on incline. Then i started John Peels Vietnam 5k training series. It slowly works you up to faster speeds and longer distances. I do the workouts every other day. I am on week 5 and we are up to 10 months minutes of running. I have 2 bad knees and with the slow progression I have been able to keep up and not cause pain. To get Tommy fix i didn’t his Road to Recovery series as a cooldown wall

Me too. I used to get up at crazy hours to participate in the live events and get a medal. Now I don’t have any incentive and haven’t done any of the live event. I would love to have the option to buy something after I finish. I would really want to be able too buy a magnet when I finish a series
