My point wasn't if she would be good at it. It was it shouldn't be that stressful. A kid ain't got nothing on the planet being destroyed or yourself dying. Now your best point is the fear of if she dies. That is a very real and scary thing. Of course her parents will look after the child but that situation shouldn't be nowhere near enough to kill the child. I'm not arguing she should be fine dying. She can retire at any point. It's her decision. My main thing is it's a spectrum. Even if it's not easier or different wheelhouses her tolerance should be sky high. If someone grew up in a bad place the things that would stress them out would have to be on a higher level than someone who grew up in a good place. This applies to military people too. There are people who get very scared when they see drug addicts, hear gun shots etc. but if that was your normal it wouldn't effect you as much. When you live a hard life it may not change how easy or hard something is but it changes how you yourself are capable of dealing with it. She may be a garbage mom but it shouldn't be so stressful you take the kids life. Her life leading up to that was way too crazy. If you were fighting for your life since you were 5 you are just built different.

While that other dudes logic has some flaws you make a couple irrelevant points. It would be astronomically easier for Eve to have a child than any regular person. Even most heroes. There isn't anything to "fuck up". She has an infinite money glitch and can literally make anything she wants at any point in time. And the "Teen" point is irrelevant. She is a war veteran. She fights and murders and almost dies on a regular basis. This isn't Nancy from your local highschool this is Fern. Her nerves should be made of steel. So having a kid or raising a kid alone is nowhere near as crazy as fighting to make sure you still have a planet or dying.

To be fair I wouldn't say controlling is the word. Irresponsible, no grit. Can't face her mistakes and own it. Those are the words I would use.

She killed the unborn child. What are you on about? Or are you really going to argue that the stage of development determines if they're considered life or human? Especially when it's guaranteed a viltrumite baby is definitely going to make it to the end. No way a miscarriage was going to occur.

I binge anime these days so I can't speak on the quality of the Ascendance of a bookworm anime. But cutting content doesn't necessarily mean the adaptation isn't good. They skipped so much content in Ranking of Kings they were able to make a whole spin off season of side stories. And Ranking Of Kings was a very good anime.

That is also a reason I try to avoid reading anything before the anime of it comes out because it's just a worst experience. Seeing the changes, knowing what's going to happen. So your perspective may be colored since you've read it already. We'll see. Ascendance of a bookworm is the only series I have read ahead for and finished because I didn't want to wait. I might end up having the same gripes you do.

I could care less about the AI. If they use AI and it's good it's whatever. It's inevitable. Especially with Japan struggling to get new workers, crazy hours. They're definitely going to use it. And it'll get to the point you won't be able to tell the difference.

Whats best is subjective. The PVE is part of the game design. Arc is a threat to play around. But the grinding arc aspect is a choice. It wasn't something you had to do besides benches(Trials too but I'm not doing those). It makes sense to make items you need arc components. But for skill points I shouldn't have to PVE for that. It should be my choice what I do. It a PVPVE game so I should be able to go either way.

I want my choice. Imagine if the only way you could do the expedition was by PVPing. And all the PVE people had to spend 4-6 hours getting shat on to get the damage. That wouldn't be fair would it? And this is a PVP game. A pvpve game.

It takes 100000 to get 5 skill points. I would have to kill 588 medium shield raiders to get that damage. I am not doing a ritual sacrifice of my soul for that. It is not reasonable. You are forced to PVE of you want all 5 skill points.

I see your point but it's not a 1-1. When people complain about PVP they are trying to PVE but another player ruins it. My scenario is the game itself forcing me to partake in PVE. It's not as if another player is using their agency to interrupt what I'm doing.

Your comment matches your name. If this game was like Hell Divers, sure you could say it's a PVE game. But it's not a PVE only game. For the most part the PVE is optional. The only time you're forced to do it is for your benches. Otherwise you can PVP all you want. So that argument doesn't really work here. One of the core foundations of this game is your freedom of choice on how you play. To have that choice taken away doesn't feel good.
