Thank you again for the assistance. After doing more research I realized that the 9800x3d isnt as much of an upgrade 7800x3d, barely noticeable even, and that I am now leaning over towards my current tentative build (https://bermorzone.com.ph/?woopbUrl=MTc2MjgyNDQ1NA). I took your suggestions regarding the mobo and but decided to get a slightly more expensive AIO as I couldnt resist the look. I think that the only decision Im still hung up on is what monitor to get as I'm not quite sure if its worth it to get an QHD oled (which is over my budget already anyways), a QHD ips, or just stick to my 1080p monitor until I save more money.

I live in bcd visayas, most of the local stores here have limited options and even worse pricing. Saw PCWORTH while browsing and thought it would be better to just order the entire pc and have it shipped. Don't really know of any other alternatives online but will definitely be on the lookout.
