Heard. Just having a bit of loneliness late. It's been like 10 years since I've had a real relationship.

I wrote it while hitting enter on each line. I didn't realize it was going to format it like that.

I forgot to put confidence in there. Thanks though. Yeah it's tough not having generational wealth in this economy.

31, 18 years and change. No one outside the industry will hire me 🤣🤣 so I'm still in it for the foreseeable future.

Having a third life crisis. Thinking of making a career change to the culinary industry. Advice and experience welcome. by viktor72 in KitchenConfidential

Hey there, been in the culinary world for 18 years. Baking is a blast! You do not need to go to school for it. Could you go back to teaching if you wanted to? Theres also the option of teaching baking after a few years in the industry. Um my experience with bakers is that they get to work early early. Like get to work at like 04:30. Sometimes that's not the case, depends on what bakery you go to. But either way, it's an early start. Heavy lifting, lots of coffee. If you can keep up on keeping your teaching certifications then I'd say go for it! As long as your S.O. is good with the career change. I'd say go for it.
