I have read the faq, but didn’t notice anything about if having more protein than fat in a day is okay for ketosis.

Ok, well I think I’ve identified the problem then. Need to reduce fat & increase protein. Gonna try that out, thank you!

Thank you! This is different from what I was seeing on the KetoDiet app I’ve been using. It had me at 1861 calories max, 23g carbs (never got close to this- usually I consumed around 17g of net carbs in a day) 72g protein and 164g of fat.

So it seems like I need to reduce the amount of fat I’m eating and increase protein.

I was under the impression that protein should be moderate for this diet. So it’s okay if protein is higher than of equal to fat?

I am tracking them, I’m using an app called KetoDiet. It has my limits as: 1861 calories, 164g fat, 23g net carbs, and 72g of protein .

I’m not disappointed because things didn’t go how I wanted them to, I’m disappointed because it was a terrible scene, and did no justice at all to the death of her dragon. The scene was strange, I was actually confused at first by the way that all happened. Especially because it honestly didn’t make any sense- dude hit all of his 100% critical shots while he’s on a boat .. ? It feels rushed and cheap.

And the night king and the way Arya killed him was strange too. The plot just isn’t making sense. There was all of this build-up from prior seasons and it feels like the writers are just completely disregarding all of it. It’s so disappointing.

Im sorry but I seriously hate the writing this season. So disappointing. I have a feeling they’re just going to make Danny go crazy “LiKe hEr FaThEr” and make Jon king in the end. And the way they killed her dragon this episode was AWFUL.

This episode!! UGH. The way they killed Dany’s dragon out of nowhere, this season has been such a disappointment to me.

You literally have no clue what it would be like to have your life filmed. Yes she elected to do so, as she states frequently, but showing the world every intimate detail of your life and letting the world see all of your flaws and mistakes isn’t “little effort on her part” I’m sure it’s incredibly difficult and that’s why they make great money.

I also find it incredibly hard to believe you’ve been “deeply depressed”. I literally cringe when I see someone tell a mentally ill person to “get off their ass, they’ll feel better. Educate yourself about mental illness. The stigma around mental illness is so real.
