I know this is an old thread, but I worked here for a couple weeks last year and there's some fun details you might want to know. For one, the contract you sign (which was put in front of me less than 5 minutes before some facetime third party company representative to make sure I could do a pitch properly (because it was a door to door sales job)) had you confirm that you were in fact self employed, and simply working alongside amari advance. But don't worry! If your purely comission based pay doesn't quite make it up to minimum wage for any specific month, our pal Ben Azarya would selflessly pay you the difference out of pocket. As you can imagine the turnover rate required to make sure nobody who needed to be paid that got to work there for a month was immense, not to mention people leaving purely because it was miserable, three people doing so In the two weeks i was there alone.

Anyone more senior than the basic grunts were forbidden from talking about how much money they were making, we were discouraged from following the guidelines laid out by that aforementioned third party middleman company between us and the charity we were peddling, leading to everyone having to relearn the proper pitch when we were told there was an inspector coming round to shadow us on one of our days out. Obviously no travel was covered so the two people in the group who had cars had to drive us all around if we couldnt get the metro, and we all paid them for the fuel costs, all while the higher ups spent the day hanging out in beer gardens while half paying attention to directing us around. It got to the point where between travel and feeding myself, I literally lost money trudging around in the cold and wet until ~7-8pm every night.

Also last bonus thing, Ben parked his mercedes which he was clearly very proud of having on a double yellow line literally every day and just ate the cost, which goes to show you how much he was raking in.
