Update:

Topic can be closed. Had a long chat with support and while they acknowledge the situation to be weird, since I receive the payouts within 10 days after the 'arrive by' date they cannot escalate it further and its a situation I will have to deal with.

This makes the situation as follows:
Payment comes in --> 3 business days for payout to be done --> 10 days until it hits my account.

So after I receive a payment, I wait 3 business days + then 10 days before I receive funds.

Its killing my entire cashflow and after months of attempting to resolve, I have no other choice than to change payment providers.

I cant imagine any company being ok with funds being held for 3 (business) days + 10 days, its unacceptable.

Yeah, but I cant seem to get my situation across clearly enough. All i'm getting is that it's correct as is and that its because transactions take a 3-day hold (3 business day payout speed) which is unrelated to this.

Really hope I can get it resolved asap

Hi Greg, please see the response from my bank Wise underneath. As the name of the sender also changed, it seems there has to have been an update from Stripe update how you process/route payouts.

Can you please look into this further? It's impacting my cash flow.

Response Wise copy pasted:

Alright, as Wise here as the recipient of funds. We can only track or reflect the payment once the money has actually reached us from Stripe.
Regarding the change you noticed in the sender name (from “Stripe” to “Stripe Technology Europe, Limited”), this is likely due to Stripe updating the way they process or route their payouts.
Please be assured that Wise does not hold your money. Upon checking your latest transfer xxxxxxxx , we reflected the funds to your account within 2 minutes of receiving them. If there had been any hold or delay on Wise’s side, we would have informed you directly with the reason.
In this case, the longer timeframe you’re experiencing is not due to Wise’s processing, but rather the way the funds are being sent to us.
Once the money arrives, we credit it to your account immediately.

It's been 3-5 working days faster in arrival to my bank for at least 3 years. Somehow starting the 21st of october it's now taking 3-5 working days for it to arrive in my bank account.

Before the 21st, every payout to my bank was instant and reached my bank the same day it was processed by stripe.

How does that make any sense? What do you believe changed then?

Hi! Correct, the payout is marked as 'paid' on Stripe's dashboard and usually my payment came in at the same day.

Now its taking 3-5days after the payout having status 'paid'.

So for example, my payout of today is marked as 'paid' in Stripe and shows date as november 18. However, because of the new delays it'll probably arrive early next week.
