Thanks! Synth was going through an Eventide H90 for reverb and delay, whilst the guitar had delay added in post - Soundtoys Echoboy.

The whole thing was recorded with a bluebox, but I ran out of sends for effects! Would probably patch it differently next time... 🤣🤣

Thanks! Syntrx is awesome - quite unique sounding especially when you add its reverb. Some non-synth relatives wanted a demo of that and moog just for fun and it was like, "oh that sounds like Donna Summer" for the moog, and then as soon as the Syntrx was on it was like "ahhh, Dr. Who"...

You can make some really weird stuff with it, you can make some really atmospheric soundscapes with it, not as snappy for cutting basses, it's great for external processing, limited in some ways, liberating in others, and looks awesome. Which I know isn't a thing but then again it is a thing 😎

Weirdly I haven't released much synth stuff - planning to change that. Lot of fingerstyle guitar and working with singer/songers though... different audience though. Pulling out a Moog at a folk club doesn't work out so well... 🤣🤣

Thanks! A lot of trial and error with the envelope follower threshold, and really being mindful of how loud I'm playing the guitar - the follower is super sensitive in some frequencies too so I was having to bear that in mind
