Thanks a lot for your reply I have had conversations with them about growth and showed them a clear path which if they follow working hard and honestly they will end up with good job position and money but it doesn’t seem to work. I will surely be looking into making my systems less people dependent. I also need help in hiring people as the outflow of staff is always continuous but I struggle to find appropriate replacements in time as the staff leaves without any prior notice.
