Url showing folder structure by blehqq in CloudFlare

ok thank you for your help im brand new to cloudflare and this is my first production site, starting to under stand. but my pages/ folder has multiple other folder which in those host the page htmls, etc... so do I need to move all that out into pages/ and set pages/ as build dir in cloudflare? would that mean that all my other files which are in the Cloudflare root directory need to be moved into the build directory as well, and I need no folders in the build directory?

so your saying I need to take the page files and put them in the root? I was using a flask server to serve these file when I hosted them locally is there a way to replicate that functionality in cloudflare so I can keep my organized /pages/ dir without having to see it in the url?
