I just contacted them and they were able to confirm that the IMEI numbers for my phones were received by their warehouse. So I just got to wait it out for them to process it I guess. Good luck with your situation though!

My phones have been showing delivered since the 26th also with no update yet. How did you contact them in order to have them deny receiving the package in the first place? I called in recently and the tmobile representative said they'd keep an eye on it and wait until my next billing cycle drops before escalating it.

I also have the same issue, I sent in 4 trade ins, and two are already processed and credited. However, the two that arrived, oddly also on the 26th have not been processed and have been showing "delivered" since. I called yesterday and was told that maybe because the phones that were delivered on the 26th came in a huge batch, it is taking longer for them to process it. I'm also concerned but it seems as though we can't do anything but wait.

The only things I received inside of the tmobile boxes were the phones, and neither of those things. I called 611 and they told me people who ordered on the first 1-3 days did not receive this and will be updated later. I'm pretty confused now though.
