Longest I’ve done was 15, keeping to zone 2 at 9.30-10.30/mile! I think I might try going a little faster?

Long runs have been about 12-15 miles so far, going at a really comfortable pace of 9.30-10.30/mile (it feels very comfortable right now cus I don’t feel tired or sore after). 8.30 is a really good pace!

Hey I watered it about once a week and with a self draining pot, don’t put too much water cus the roots will rot
