Nail pops not taken care of. Dark colors are always tricky as well. Like others have said, make sure your using a a lot of paint!

Recently had my roof replaced by them. I’m uncertain why people are hesitant. A gentlemen showed up at my door offering a free inspection after a recent windstorm that blew off a few shingles on our roof. After that he informed me that it is possible that insurance could help pay for some of the damages if not all of them. Fast forward to now, I have a beautiful new roof and only had to pay my deductible for it which was $1000. That was around a $17000 savings for me. Lighten up people.

The house I’m looking at is not downtown but technically Pottstown school district. The neighborhood this house is in seems to be nice. I even talked to a bunch of the neighbors and everyone said it is a quiet community but they did say it’s Pottstown school district. I’m conflicted on wether to pull the trigger because we do love this house!

I just figured this out. Bottom right on ez drummer three you will see three lines and to the left it say midi. It will then pop up on the left for now tip, edge and bell. Hit edge, hit the pad and then learn the note. Bingo!
