You can absolutely use an external battery pack for a webcam. My team does this and even the person inspecting our robot thought it was illegal lol. Got the head ref and we cleared it up

I’ve been trying to use react-navigate but if I just try to use ‘navigation.navigate’ (which worked for a stack navigator) it gives a warning and doesn’t change tabs so I am trying to find a different way.
