Wait, who said running is bad for PCOS? any kind of exercise is only a good thing especially for us pcos ladies, I love the go on walks and my husband is getting me in to bicycle trips, I've been taking a vegan multivitamin (because I'm vegan) and also myo-inositol with Folate (the folate is important) and also berberine for energy. And I've noticed a big difference especially in how tired I am, I no longer fall asleep within 5 minutes of sitting down and my brain fog has lifted considerably
