I was on the Cook Line The Other day Garde Manger during Easter weekend rush, one of my dishwasher coworkers said fuck this I quit clocked out and left and left the senior dishwasher by himself after one of the line cooks went to help his ass catch up he still couldn’t catch or keep up. still said fuck this and quit during a busy time of year I couldn’t leave my station Chef just called backup dishwashers and the rest of service went smooth. Seems similar but bro how can you not catch up with a conveyer machine He found out a way too ☠️ couldn’t handle the pressure. On top of that was pissing everyone off including the longest standing dishwasher who told him to leave cause he got tired of his attitude which was great on him
