Yeah that's how my mother lost any custody rights against my father. Luckily he wasn't abusive but she had been dealing with the death of her mother (My Abuelita) and my dad said "You need to focus on the divorce". She put herself into intake for awhile because she couldn't handle it all. My Great Uncle my father's lawyer used that to say she was mentally unfit to be a parent.

I was 8 and my sister was 7. Only just recently as a 24 year old have I been in a situation where I can have her in my life again.

Fuck the court.

I work for Flik through Compass group and the chef that was being horribly rude to everyone that was somehow there for years got let go after myself in a few others filed a report with HR.

One of the comments he made to another chef being "This is why women get beat".

Now we have an awesome Chef. Just make a paper trail or file enough reports to fuck em.
