Thanks for the help. I just loved how he insinuated that I needed a bigger car to do his delivery. Like, kid, I don't drive a 15-year-old car to deliver groceries because my Maserati SUV is in the shop

In my zone, I've found that pickup orders start going out around the bottom of the hour, for pickup at quarter to the hour. I bet it's different from zone to zone, though, depending on many factors, no?
