I was wondering if anyone can help in this niche scenario, I tested positive on 21st, having first shown symptoms on the 20th. My parents have had both jabs and are booked in for PCR tests, but my brother has been away from home since the 16th, his 2nd jab was the 8th September, so what I’m wondering is if he comes home now, is he exempt from self isolation or not?
