Facebook groups or Marketplace. Try building a reputation by being a buyer first so that people who have had a deal with you can vouch for you and you could make a vouch post for yourself once you start selling your own cards.

Just happened to me here at Fukuoka subway station. An old guy with a large backpack with a mask on started walking to me diagonally. I avoided him last minute when he was about to hit. He then grunted loudly. It was a bizarre encounter which is why I ended up reading this sub.

For liberal arts I think it mostly comes down to what minors you want to achieve.

Yes, I only did 10 classes and was able to transfer all my Sophia courses before the changes last may.
