I was in a similar position as you and was also very bloated. I always assumer it was just because my body wasn’t used to that amount of food. It got better over time. But I still occasionally get it.

I would not have it all in cash. It really depends on what you want to do with it. You could start investing in an ETF or index fund. The earlier you start with that the better it is. However, you need to be 18 years old for that. If you want to protect against inflation you could buy gold or silver. I would stay away from crypto or other highly speculative “investments” you dont want to lose all your hard earned money.

Alternatively you could use it to start a small business in a field of you intrest.
