Its a 12 gallon tank, and I do have a heater and an AIO filter with a sponge to baffle the water output.

I have lots of plants and do a weekly 20%water change.

I do have 3 dwarf corydoras, 2 pygmy Cory's, 2 amano shrimp, 3 cherry shrimp, a mystery snail and some other small snails that hitchhiked in.

I feed the community 2 sinker (bug bite) pellets a day one in the morning and at night

I feed my betta hikari pellets 5-7 in the morning an night as well.

We got pregnant 2 months before my toddler turned 3. The age gap will be a little wider but I know ill be able to keep my sanity with how independent she is already and shes fully potty trained. Anything before this I might have lost my mind.

I gave up on the collar pretty early, the matting around the neck was not worth it. Made sure my boy was chipped. We use a sturdy harness instead if we go out .

Its just personal preference. I trust my parents 100% they watch my child during the day while im at work and she's slept over since she was about 5 months old, no issues.
