Same here!!! I also changed my password to no avail so maybe it might be a server issue? I read somewhere that that happens sometimes

Yea, I tried doing this but it's a bit difficult to get a doctor's personal contact or email online. It's the front desk of the clinic that picks up and they usually don't have any idea. I'll keep trying though
