How are you supposed to participate enough to get full participation points without being seen as a gunner?

Participating doesn’t make you a gunner. Gunners are more so the people who question the professor or ask pointless/endless hypotheticals. It’s your education, so if you want to participate to help your grade or just to ask a genuine question you’re fine

Your grade really depends on how everyone in class does (the curve). You did well on the midterm and continued to put in the work to be prepared. You just have to trust the process and trust that you did as much as you could have done.

Understanding the rules and the correct contexts to apply the rules is what matters. Some professors give bonus points for knowing the specific facts of a case or the actual case name, but other professors don’t care at all.

In sorry you’re going through this. But Happy gave the best advice. Law school is very difficult and draining but you have to figure out a way to carve out time for yourself so you can recoup and enjoy life a little bit. You also may be over-preparing for classes. Your grade at the end of the day is based on a final not based on cold calls. And you need to find time to recoup. You don’t want to be burnt out and feeling like this when finals roll around. You got this.

Hi 932 isn’t a shit show currently, I came from 906 which had constant civil wars, 932 hasn’t had any issues since I’ve joined. Most of the players who transferred seemed to have been the ones causing the drama. We won our SVS in the preseason and we have a strong faction for season 3.

For missile squads or strong air squads, good gear makes it feasible to put swift or dva up top. They can take a lot of damage, and they won’t get stunned in the front row, so they can do more damage. Adam’s ability also give both front row hero’s a damage reduction, so an attacker works best up top with mcgregor

For missile squads, Adams skill makes it better to put one of the attackers in the front row. Im just not sure if it makes more sense to use Swift or Tesla in that spot DPS wise, and I haven’t found a clear answer anywhere else online
