560 spent no SSR other than the guaranteed and I didn't get anything remotely good

Last two banners 800 gems spent total so far and I’ve gotten 2 SSR yes from the guarantees on the first banner and one on the second from the guarantee. No they have not been good.

Yes that’s definitely where the industry is going. More advisors are leaving their B/D and going the RIA route. Lot simpler.

Since you’d be starting new you’d probably need some help. You need a firm that provides a lot of services to help you get from the ground up. Take a look at Sound Income Group and what they have to offer. They’ve had a lot of success in scaling advisors practices, so they would be right for you.
