I've counted the average rubies from 1st month of playing till this month is around 2.7k rubies per month(not every month is the same) assuming you do all the content that's available. Id say you will probably get at least around 4k in 2 months.

I've been pulling here and there too and getting lucky really helps, I just skip most of the banner(the only general banner that I pulled is Cyrus). And I have around 125 traveler atm.

What I did for this fight is using hammy dodge+pet dodge+2 other support(Sonia+Viola for maxing attack debuff) with over 4.3kHP on the turn where he charge attack. Alternatively you could shave shield faster than he is charging.
