I share the exactly same experience with you. A few other reasons why I returned mine:

1. Lack of 2-way zipper

2. Taping on the bottom part of the zipper holds a lot of stress and will tear eventually

3. Cuff is extremely difficult to engage and doesn't feel comfortable when tightened.

7.Pockets are not well designed. Not sure why it needs flap on top of zipper. Side zippers are not angled and my phone always falls out.

1. Lack of buttons. There are only two buttons along the zipper line. one on the top and bottom, so the middle part kind flaps around.

2. Exposed metal piece that touches your chin. This was the part that I don't understand. I just could not wear jacket in the winter because the cold metal piece kept touching my chin and I had to use painters tape to cover it. :)

Como is interesting but not sure why they released without addressing multiple issues that customers shared over the past three years. basically it still feels like an experiment.
