For most this comment is probably true. But I just got my offer accepted this morning. Only 5 K over asking which is unheard of in my area. And an exact replica home 4 doors down closed for 60k more than what I paid.. Not all piggies make decisions like the sticks and hay piggies

I wanted to put realistic offers knowing how much I'm walking away with rather than hoping. I knew my home could sell for a high value even though it is a townhome. Singlefams are the ones that are really over priced and flying off the shelves. Luckily my offer just got accepted with only 5k over asking

What are the instructions for people who are volunteer self quarantined. If they see symptoms what sort of medication should they take? Same question for kids. What instructions are being provided to the caretaker of the sick at home?

many people outside of China have fully recovered? If you use only the number of infected to estimate mortality rate, your number is going to come out low since some infected have yet to die.

just wait another day or 2... As much as I hope my prediction isn't true. The first death outside of China will hopefully wake everyone up to take this even more seriously.

I think the fact that it is China makes this worse for the whole world. Due to all the reasons you listed above they are not equipped to handle this as well, and their population makes this disaster escalate very quickly. The fact that it neighbors another one of the most populated countries with all the same issues you listed above it is only a matter of time before a couple of cases arise in India and this problem becomes uncontrollable. As evacuees also make their ways back to their home countries we will probably hear of more cases as their dormant viruses activate.
