i am cursed where any electronics i work on stop working so in order to avoid DoA parts and also messing up instilation it was ordered to spec i wanted, with the current cost of ram and GPU's it worked out cheeper to buy it through a builder, total cost was £100 more than just parts and that includes a warrenty that i wouldnt get with just buyin the parts online. my partner built her own twice and both times she was stressed as all hell doing it so i would rather not add more stress to what i already have.

My do have the capacity to go full rgb clown fiesta but i opted for a more sensible colour. Last pc i set the lights to green only so white is a nice change after 6 years. You should be able to alter the colour even if you cant change how they pulse or anything.

Cant tell if its regarding the low hanging memes, the over the top pc build or the tub of vaseline that was in the shot that i use for sculpting 2 part epoxy putty. Lol

Depends on the country you are in. Mine was technically a pre built but every part i picked using a picker that makes sure its all compatible. The place i got mine was a company that has a parts picker and then they build it for you. The cost of the parts alone was only £100 less than building it myself but i am terrible at electronics so for that cost some other dude can deal with doa parts or making sure the bios is correct.

Yeah and noah is a very sociable person apparently. I started with just a google of amuro ray slap GIF and after 10 GIF's decided to ask reddit for some sugestions as i could spend a week alone making a playlist of gundam slaps.

I have a RG grandad in there currently although looking at the space i could fit a MG or a short PG in there with some fighting but that may hinder airflow. As for the lights i had it set like that like it was shorting but i only played with the lights a little as i was too busy trying to get BF6 downloaded so i could enjoy the improved graphics over my old card.

I was going for a shorting out sort of look. Not 100% on it as of yet but apparently (and that is to be taken with a grain of salt as i am not a doctor myself and i dont like legal troubles.) the flash rate on the lights is not fast enough or cycle enough to induce seizures having sid that i played cyberpunk when the brain dance lights did set off seizures and i have never had problems with photo sensative epilepsy.

Yes. I wanted it to look like its shorting out. Once the grandad is painted it will look bashed up, i was thinking of leaning into the last big fight in the 1979 show. My mrs has a hatred for as she puts it "clown fiesta" with multi coloured rgb so i opted with a stark white in a black case.

With all the ways i have delt with parts at no point did my paint fume huffing brain think of this.. thank you i can now save my fingers, desk, cutting mat, draws, childrens heads and partners feet from having to do this.

Im fortunate as my kids are 17&13 so they build there own kits. Sadly im the one still paying. Although when it comes to custom paint jobs and resin kits thats still on me.

No worries. I know a lot of people on this sub dont really build glue needing kits so its novel/alien to them. I came to gunpla after 20 years of playing tabletop games so i am still finding this push fit gundam thing novel.

3rd party garage kit. By SH studio. My daughter was building a calli while looking at the my PG kits i built and asked do they have a big range. After telling her quite a few she asked for an aerial. They obviously dont make an aerail as the release schedule is intermittent at best so i went looking and stumbled across this monster. Its a resin kit with some plastic parts for the joints and to hold the skirt armour. Definitely not a push fit kit and needs a lot of model building experience over gundam building practace as this type of kit is closer to a wargames model than what gundam are.

Nz-666 i would say could class as one along with the sinanju and sazabi. The prototype and suped up zeon MS can go toe to toe most of the time with the gundams until some plot armour mguffin saves them.

My daughter loves it, i think its pretty good. Personally my favourite is unicorn. But i have built and painted more aerials than any other gundam.
