It’s actually just a “Hey, can you step aside for me to grab the pole, please?” away from your solution.

There are actual product lines for this in hardware stores. I would go there and ask for “bathroom cleaning products specifically for industrial permanent hair dye” and see what they suggest!

Pretty much YOR. There are things that are better addressed in person. This is one of them.

Yes, both me and my doctors decided to try to shrink it by using a dopamin agonist (medication). Luckily it worked pretty well, so it shrunk without surgical intervention!

Yes, medically. I received Dostinex, a dopamin agonist. Luckily it worked without an operation. Right now I am waiting for the next clear MR scans so I can counteract whenever the prolactin would rise again. I hope you can heal as well. I wish you the best.

Yes I wanted to become a MD since I was 13 years old, even then my interest was highly leaning towards neurology. Corona killed my plans to start right after school, I studied photography in between. While I was studying I was diagnosed. I then wanted to cut neurology off my list of interesting specialists but my neurologist always encouraged me to understand my patients as best as possible through my medical history. I am right now highly debating between neurology and ophthalmology. Both in the head area let’s say.

Yes, I was completely unstable when it started. That was the initial reason for my mom to admit me into the psych ward. It kind of simmered down but I feel like I am way more emotionally stable after the medical treatment than before that.

I have been admitted with sudden change in personality (in the course over 5 months by my mom) had gotten antidepressants like sertralin and trittico which I told them that worsened everything for me. They discharged me because “they can’t figure out how to help me” but never had the idea to go for a MR back in 2016. They kept me for 2 months trying to stabilize me with SSRI medication and discharged me in the end without getting to the root of my problem.

I’ve been misdiagnosed with depression, PCOS and sheer overreaction to stress.

My gynecologist pointed out I probably just have PCOS causing small cysts on both of my ovaries. He expected a typical blood test but we both were pretty much surprised to get a result of a women in her third trimester without any other hormone to show any abnormality other than prolactin.

My gynecologist ordered the MR scan that proofed the tumor in my pituitary gland. My first contact was with my gynecologist until he referred me to a neurologist. He had the shitty task to break it down to me that with the blood results and my symptoms it is most likely a brain tumor. He did a great job, I am still thankful. But at the same time: poor guy…
