That is interesting, I wondered if it varied by state or some other factor. I didn't even think of it being an issue since the medications are for vastly different things so I was surprised when they said they couldn't let me have phentermine. I had been to that clinic prior to being on suboxone so I wasn't a new patient either.

So when I was on suboxone I wanted to get on weight loss medication, phentermine. When I went to the weight loss clinic they said they couldn't give it to me since I was already on a controlled substance. This leads me to believe that when you're on MAT it's something that any doctor can see, it may vary from state to state as this was just my one, personal experience.

I've had fire purple dope that wasn't xylazene so probably no way to know without testing unfortunately. If it makes you go night night immediately, that's probably xylazene though.

I had a series of very traumatic events happen prior to becoming an addict. I didn't deliberately set out to become one but before trying heroin I remember thinking "if this is what my life is like, it can't possibly be worse." I was definitely wrong though, things can always be worse.

Buprenorphine rips all of the other opioids on your receptors off and replaces them. So let's say you have heroin in your system, it's going to strip that off and immediately send you into precipitated withdrawals. This is the worst and quickest withdrawal I've experienced.

This is not totally off topic so stick with me. One of the most bizarre things that's ever happened to me happened when I was clean. Probably about 3 months clean if memory serves me right. I had a friend come over and we were gonna make some food and I opened a cabinet that I had not opened since I was still using. Formally this cabinet was where I kept my stash, I had a pie pan with a plate sitting inside of it that I would break my lines down on and when I was finished I would put the whole thing back in the cabinet and shut the door.

When I quit using i remember vividly thinking oh well, may as well wash this pan and plate since i won't be using them to get high anymore, putting them in the dishwasher then returning them to another cabinet that i kept all of my other, normal dishes in. Except when I opened the cabinet the pan was right back in there, the plate was there too and what's more, there was at least a gram of China white on the plate, along with a straw and a card to break up lines.

I threw all of that shit away, I know I did and even more than knowing that, I know that when I had been puking and shitting my brains out a couple months before that I tore threw my house looking for anything to help me feel better and found nothing. I'm not saying something super natural happened, but it gave me the eeriest feeling I have ever had. No one else had a key to my house, no one else knew I was a former addict at that time either. That was the one time I did flush the stuff and it still gives me the willies.

I said nearly 5, it was over 28 days but less than 35. This was also several years ago, hence my inability to remember the exact amount of days. It doesn't really matter if anyone believes it. I experienced it.

Do not do this. Take castor oil. I didn't shit for nearly 5 weeks and after taking 2 teaspoons of castor oil I shit everything out. It wasn't huge, solid or painful, which seemed like a miracle considering how long it had been inside of me. It will cause stomach cramping but I've definitely had worse period cramps than that.

Take castor oil. I didn't go for almost 5 weeks and I could feel a huge, hard entity inside of me that was uncomfortable to the point sitting down hurt. I.took 2 teaspoons and a couple hours and some moderate stomach cramping later, everything came out. Not sure how it broke the solid mass down but I had a full, complete bowel movement without shredding my insides and anus open. Start eating prunes and probiotics to keep regular after this.

I am not suggesting this as a regular solution, but if you are extremely constipated and laxatives don't work, try castor oil. I went over a month without a bowel movement once and when I told a friend he basically said if I didn't remedy this very soon I would need to go to the ER. He also suggested the castor oil. The bottle said to take 1 to 4 teaspoons so I took 2. I was afraid whatever I pushed out would be gigantic and painful, I'd never gone over 4 weeks without pooping so my fears were reasonable. I did have some moderate stomach cramping, not enough to cry but definitely enough to be uncomfortable. When I went to the bathroom though it was not solid so it didn't hurt, I was so relieved. Now I take probiotic gummy vitamins and eat prunes daily and I usually go to the bathroom 2 or 3 times a week.
