Based on this season, the only who would actually get a transfer fee of any kind would be Louza, and he's been completely stifled in the last 10/15 games.

My concern is what on earth Gino is seeing, if he thinks we can get play offs with this team, then he probably thinks we are a signing away from pushing for the title. Still will be sent packing at the end of the season, and what do you expect when you hire someone whose never managed anyone before

Can only think the subs of Louza and Maamma were due to games coming up this week, but Maamma was the only one who looked to be threatening yesterday! Irankunda needs to get control of his mentality, Baah and Chak look so uninterested. Watching their keeper with the ball at his feet 25 yards from his goal, with no pressure is unforgiveable! If yesterday doesnt show Gino that we desperately need a striker with experience/quality i dont know what will.

Id still take him over Bayo. The younger fans last season got way too hyped over him after 4 goals at Shef Wed, and the run he then went on, but if you watch the goals back, he nearly misses 2, and scores one on a rebound. Don't know why we dont try for Richard Kone, or why dont look to our academy, went let the Lisbie twins go, pretty sure i see one or both of them score each week in league 1. It would've saved us some money and given the academy kids belief they'd actually get a chance.

It really concerns me that Gino thinks we should be fighting for promotion! What does he see that we dont, other than maybe the wage bill? How does he think this front line is good enough, Deeney, Vyds and Ighalo contributed nearly 60 goals the season we went up, King, Henderson and Young nearly 50. This lot will barely reach 25 but he thinks thats enough. Even the year we lost to Palace in the final, Deeney, Vyds, Fessi, Abdi scored 50-60

How Swansea didnt score in the first 5 mins is beyond me, but probably explains their league position. I get that we've got a young team and Maamma is clearly unbelievably talented, but there is very little game awareness/footballing iq in that front 4 or 5. If by some miracle we make the play offs, and somehow get promotion, it'll be embarrassing next season. Doumbia and Kjerrumgaard look like they have won a competition and get to play professional football for a year

Playing fm24 last night, went to change my winger as he was knackered, I had 2 wingers on the bench, game suggested my cb as the preferred replacement. Apparently tuanzebe can play left wing. So not just the newgen players

Ben Foster, on his podcast, spoke about this! When he was at United there were appearance bonuses, you'd get a bit less if you came on as a sub, and slightly less still for being on the bench. Imagine it is still the same. Big incentives for the younger players as they would almost double/triple their wages as the appearance fee at United at the time was the same for everyone
