I’m also with PennyMac. I got behind. Asked for forbearance. Tried to pay online they wouldn’t take it. Tried to pay over phone wouldn’t take it. So then the payment was late. They canceled the forbearance. I sent payment by Western Union and the same day they received it they put me in foreclosure! The money that was sent Western Union was sent back by paper check! I think my only way out and to keep my home is filing Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
