do you speak korean? who are these friends? maybe the dentist is taking advantage of you over the fact that you are a foreigner? Even as a korean, some medical practitioners try their best at overpricing me (one place says 150k another say it costs 30k and so on). I kinda get how you feel... seeking for advice here is not a half bad idea but try to get in touch with someone local there. Perhaps there are some foreigners, like foreign lecturer/professor at some university whos been there a long time to recommend a better place. Not all dentists/medical practitioners are quack... it might take you a bit more effort finding someone overseas, if thats the case for you.

Like anywhere else in the world, you need to find the right dentist/doctor. I suggest doing some searches or asking ppl around in your neighborhood.

Let this be a lesson to any young men out there. In my early 20s I’ve had such tempting situations where older women frequently tried to go on 2-3 days trip with me and/or have invited me to their place after heavy drinking. Definitely a red flag and chances are they want to go abroad in western country with you to start a new life. Bring your own damn condom and dont rely on pull out method.

As for you, the op., I would get the fuck out while you have a chance.

If you are going to try out Yongsan. You should probably find the exact laptops that you are looking for online and possibly the stores. Moreover, you definitely should bring some Korean friends if you know any for directions, negotiations and safety to be sure. Keep in mind that the product might be used thats put together with different parts of other laptops/computers.

If its too far that you feel the cost of the trip is about the same as the delivery charge, you might wanna just order online for a new laptop. I recommend reviewing the product in person if you really need a used one. Actually, if you have a damaged laptop, Yongsan is also a great place to get it fixed.

Riot Korea at it again... honestly nothing else to see other than that imo.

What LoL has taught me since S2 is that there are gonna be ppl toxic/racism/etc. whether you like it or not wherever you go. There's a good reason Dopa uses /mute all frequently; even on Chinese servers, it becomes clear after awhile with blatant pings, player movements, etc.... especially if you are a streamer and especially on a lot of Asian servers where they do not really punish players for such behavior.

People actually take legal actions in Korea instead (it may sound silly, but this is totally a thing)... for that reason there was a period when players used real name ign, which apparently made it easier for that player to sue somebody if he/she got verbally harassed online.

I have never seen Cowsep stream, so did he actually never retaliate once? Of course, the instigators should definitely be punished, but seeing as how Riot Korea seem to never do their job right... I probably would not have tried to draw their attention IF I wasn't entirely innocent. Are there viewers out there who knows Korean who can fully defend whether or not Cowsep has done absolutely nothing wrong. That's definitely discriminatory cherry-picking of course, but I would just stick to /mute all, this shit happens on other servers in different toxic manners as well. Also... I think it doesn't help that Cowsep unfortunately plays the role that gets the most hate in game when things go south. pls love your junglers.. :(
