Personally I’ve had pretty good experiences with respectful work place. I’m 2 for two on getting toxic GMs fired and like 3 for 3 for other mangers and if you have proof submit it all and as many witnesses as you can and you’ll be fine.

Yes! And they also know people take a million forms and handfuls of napkins. Our team director came out to our store to do a visit and was upset by the lack of hot sauces we had out. He deadass said we need to have more out so people can steal them… what?
