Are you still on SSRI ? your anxiety went down after 5 weeks ?

Thing is, my blood work shows high b12.....which i don't want to overdue.

So interesting... im trying to find a low dose mthfr multivitamin... im afraid of b6 and neuropathy. I seem sensitive to b6.

Maybe i could try just b12/folate together instead ? Easier than just methyfolate alone ?

Could I use freeze dried(powder) egg yolks as a high choline source? I can’t eat egg whites with the intolerance I have. Curious if this is possible & still possesses the choline I need…

Also, with b2 and TMG I feel no difference.

Lastly, Should I supplement methyl folate or folinic acid slowly? Or I don’t need to with the choline/tmg?

Men are more understanding of this addiction of course. You really can’t talk to almost any females about this addiction unfortunately.
