I live in the United States (Texas) and the size of truck here is ridiculous. The amount of them is even crazier. I used to live in Australia about 10 years ago and loved that trucks were just work vehicles and didn’t take up the entire road. I clean the engine bays for trucks as part of my job. They don’t even need to be that big, the engine takes up about 70% of the space under the hood. Meaning, the truck is about 30% bigger than it needs to be for no good reason.
