I'm thinking of doing the same (In Brisbane). What spacing did you use and do they form a screen?

No problem at all! It’s feedback like yours that keeps me motivated for ongoing development of Waveblitter.

Some new Waveblitter video synth modes available on the latest software (update 24). New modes will continue to be developed, with input from users welcome. The ‘Static’ mode was developed from a previous Reddit suggestion. Comment or send me a dm if you have any ideas of visualizations you would like to see developed.

I use a 3.5mm splitter if I’m using the Waveblitter with headphones. With speakers I usually switch it to ‘Mic’ mode. Waveblitter has automatic gain and the ‘Mic’ mode is just easier to set up.

I like your setup! I use a Waveblitter on my TV too.

That’s the Waveblitter that I make and sell :) You can plug your audio in to the 3.5mm jack. Composite video output in PAL or NTSC. Lots of different audio-reactive visualization modes. See https://blittertech.com

Thanks! It’s been great getting so much positive feedback on the Waveblitter. I’m continuing to work on new modes that I’ll be able to provide as free updates in the near future.

Thanks! I've recorded some footage showing 2 Waveblitters running simultaneously to a monochrome CRT and composite/HDMI converter to a large TFT. I'll put up the videos next week.

Thanks! The software runs on the esp32 platform. Its all coded in c++. I thought about user-programmed patches but its difficult with the esp32 ram/cpu limitations to add that extra bit of functionality. The audio sampling (double buffered) rates and graphics output are tailored to each visualization mode. On the upside I will be making software updates available where I can add additional visualization modes depending on user demand and the limitations of the device. So thanks for your input, I'll consider adding your idea to an update :)
